Right on Google and every map, at every store.
One stranger's suggested edit, and Google shows a store open when it's shut. Kai checks every store's listings each week against your facts, and fixes what's wrong on every map once you approve.
What this costs you today.
Local listings management today is software that sends your details out, paid per store, plus managers catching what it misses on Google.
What you pay for today
- Listings softwareSends your details to directories. Someone still checks what each one shows.$16 to $40 per location a month
- Directory submission serviceOne-off submissions. Checking them later is a separate job.$2 to $3.20 per directory, per store
- Store managers' timeCatching Google's suggested edits, setting holiday hours, posting photos, one store at a time.Their time
With Kai. Kai does the software's job and the managers' checks for every store, from the same facts every capability uses.

One system, not a tool for every job
Stop buying a tool for every job.
The biggest promise of AI is consolidation. The same kind of software that can drive a car can write the reply to your email. So buying one point solution per job, each with its own login, contract and agency, now wastes money.
Judge software the way you’d judge a hire: by the range of work it can take on. That’s what to look for now: one system you can point at many jobs. Ocally is that for your stores: Kai and two people across listings, reviews, local search, social, AI answers, pricing, inventory and store routines, at every store.
Not sure what you could consolidate? Bring your list of tools and what they cost to a free consultation, and we’ll go through it with you.

What Kai does.
Reads every listing, field by field
Each week he reads each store's Google profile and its other listings, from name and phone to hours, holiday hours, categories and services.
Compares them with your facts
He compares every field with the store's facts, flags what's wrong, missing or out of date, and shows the edits waiting on Google.
Fixes it on every map
Once you approve, he updates Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and Facebook, adds photos and posts Google updates, then rereads each listing to confirm it landed.
Lists each store where it's missing
He finds the local and industry directories each store is missing from and, with your yes, claims or creates the listing.
What it unlocks.
Wrong details caught every week
A changed phone number, a stranger's edit waiting on Google, a missing category: each store's errors surface in that week's check, and get fixed on your yes.
Holiday hours ready before the holiday
Each month Kai looks 45 days ahead, asks for any hours you haven't confirmed, and updates every listing. He never guesses holiday hours.
See what each listing brings in
For every store, see Google views on Search and Maps, calls, direction requests and website clicks, week by week, beside the listing's health.
Your part
You approve. Every correction, photo, post and new listing before it goes live, one store at a time, and every duplicate report.
You give. Manager access to each store's Google profile and directory accounts, confirmed holiday hours, and verification when a directory mails a postcard.
Questions.
What does Google Business Profile optimization include?
Google Business Profile optimization means getting every field right and complete: name, address, phone, hours, holiday hours, categories, services, attributes, description and photos, then keeping it that way. Kai prepares category, service, attribute and description improvements from your store's facts, and applies them on Google once you approve.
What is NAP consistency?
NAP consistency means a store's name, address and phone number match everywhere it's listed. Mismatches confuse shoppers and the services that read your listings, including AI assistants. Kai compares those three fields, and eight more, on every listing against the store's facts each week, and fixes each difference once you approve.
How do I get an Apple Maps business listing?
Add or claim each location in Apple Business Connect, then verify it. With many stores, plan for verification store by store, because Apple needs a person to confirm it. After that, Kai keeps each store's Apple Maps listing in line with its facts, checking it every week and updating it on your yes.
Do we still need listing management software?
Often not. Kai finds the directories that matter for each store, keeps them right against your facts and checks every listing each week, with every change on your yes. If your current tool also feeds directories Kai doesn't manage, keep it, and Kai checks what it publishes.
Does Kai change our listings without asking?
No. Kai prepares the exact change and waits for your approval before anything goes live, one store at a time. After a change is applied, he reads the listing again to confirm it landed, and anything still pending stays open until it does.
