Every store easier to find, block by block.

A shopper three streets away searches "shoe store near me" and your store isn't there. Kai finds out why, fixes the profile, page or reviews holding it back, and checks again every week.

What this costs you today.

Chains pay for local SEO software to see rankings, an agency to explain them, and managers' time to check by phone. The fixes still wait.

One system, not a tool for every job

Stop buying a tool for every job.

The biggest promise of AI is consolidation. The same kind of software that can drive a car can write the reply to your email. So buying one point solution per job, each with its own login, contract and agency, now wastes money.

Judge software the way you’d judge a hire: by the range of work it can take on. That’s what to look for now: one system you can point at many jobs. Ocally is that for your stores: Kai and two people across listings, reviews, local search, social, AI answers, pricing, inventory and store routines, at every store.

Not sure what you could consolidate? Bring your list of tools and what they cost to a free consultation, and we’ll go through it with you.

What Kai does.

  1. Picks the searches that matter

He finds what people near each store search for, from real search demand and the store's own products, with a reason for every search he tracks.

  2. Checks the map, point by point

Every week he runs each search from up to 49 points around the store, records who shows above it, and checks where the store's page ranks.

  3. Finds what holds it back

He compares the store's Google profile, page, reviews and links with the competitors ranking above it, and works out which gap matters most.

  4. Fixes it, then measures again

He fixes the profile, rewrites the page, asks for reviews or finds local links, each with your yes. Then he runs the same searches again.

What it unlocks.

  1. Each store's map, search by search

See where each store shows up for each search, point by point, and which competitor sits above it. Same points, same searches, every week.

  2. Know why a rival shows first

For each store, see which competitors sit ahead on how much of the map, and what they have that it lacks, from review counts to categories.

  3. The fixes get done at every store

The profile, the page, the reviews, the links: Kai does the work behind each finding, store by store, and shows what moved each month on the same searches.

Your part

You approve. Every page, listing and profile change before it goes live. Kai never contacts another site without your yes.

You give. Your store addresses and what each store sells, to start. Then Google Search Console access, for indexing checks and sitemaps.

Questions.

What is local SEO?

Local SEO is the work of getting a store found when people nearby search, on Google Maps and in regular results. It covers the store's Google profile, its page, its reviews and the links that point to it. For a chain, every store needs it on its own, because every neighborhood searches differently.

What is local rank tracking?

Local rank tracking measures where a store appears for a search from many points around it, because map results change from street to street. Kai runs each tracked search every week from up to 49 points around each store, and records the store's position and the competitors above it at each point.

What should a local SEO audit cover?

A local SEO audit should cover the store's Google profile, its page, its reviews, its links and whether Google can index the page, compared with the competitors ranking above it. Kai runs that comparison for each store every month and fixes each gap he finds, with your approval.

Does local SEO still matter now that people ask AI?

Yes. AI assistants draw on the same listings, pages and reviews that search does, so fixing them can help both. Kai tracks where each store shows up on Google Maps and, separately, what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews say about it, so you see both side by side.

Will Kai get our stores to the top of Google?

No one can promise a position on Google, and Kai doesn't. What he does is work on every store, every week: find what holds it back, fix it with your approval and measure again on the same searches from the same points, so you can see what moved.
