Capabilities
Kai's capabilities. For all the things your store needs.
Kai is Ocally's growth agent. He reasons through hard problems, works from your numbers and uses a browser the way you do. Here is what he does with that, at every store, from one source of truth about your business.
Stay in sync
Keep every system telling the same story.
Your POS, online store, delivery apps, Google and Yelp all say something about each store. Kai keeps them up to date with the latest hours, prices, stock and photos, so wherever a customer looks, the answer is right.
- Listings management
- Product feed management
- Inventory sync
- Website and tracking fixes
Listings

Product feeds
Gets every product listed right, ready for search and AI shopping.
Inventory
Keeps every store's stock count current, and flags what will run out or sit.
Code
Writes the code a job needs, from a store-hours widget to a tracking fix.
Get found

When someone nearby searches for what you sell, on Google, on a map or in ChatGPT, Kai works to put each store in the answer, with a page worth landing on.
- Local SEO
- Google Maps ranking
- AI search visibility
- Store pages
Engage customers
Talk with customers wherever they are.
Reviews, texts, email and social: Kai drafts the reply, the message or the post for each store, in its own voice, and you approve what goes out.

- Review responses
- Social media management
- Customer messaging and loyalty
Be local
Be part of the neighborhood.
The stores people love feel local. Kai finds the school fair, the club and the business next door worth partnering with, and makes the posters and reels that go with them.
- Local partnerships
- Community events
- Graphic design
- Short-form video
Sell more
Sell more at every store.
Kai spots prices that drifted and offers that would move stock, checks the margin before anything runs, watches what rivals nearby change, and keeps each store's routines on track.

- Promotions and offers
- Competitor tracking
- Store operations
One system, not a tool for every job
Stop buying a tool for every job.
The biggest promise of AI is consolidation. The same kind of software that can drive a car can write the reply to your email. So buying one point solution per job, each with its own login, contract and agency, now wastes money.
Judge software the way you’d judge a hire: by the range of work it can take on. That’s what to look for now: one system you can point at many jobs. Ocally is that for your stores: Kai and two people across listings, reviews, local search, social, AI answers, pricing, inventory and store routines, at every store.
Not sure what you could consolidate? Bring your list of tools and what they cost to a free consultation, and we’ll go through it with you.

Questions.
Is each capability a separate AI agent?
No. Each one is Kai, doing one job at every store. Every capability works from the same knowledge about your stores and follows the same rule: anything that goes public, spends money, changes a price or messages a customer waits for a yes.
Do I have to use all of them?
No. Most chains start with the one or two jobs that are furthest behind across their stores, often listings, reviews or AI answers. Kai adds the next once the first is running, from the same knowledge, so nothing is set up twice.
What are AI agents for business?
Software that plans and carries out work toward a goal: it uses tools, checks its own results and reports back. Kai is Ocally's AI agent for retail chains and franchise brands, and each capability on this page is one job he does at every store.
