Get every store named in AI answers, with the right facts.

Shoppers now ask AI where to buy. Every week Kai asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews what they ask about each store, fixes the facts and sources behind wrong answers, and checks again.

What this costs you today.

AI visibility tracking today means a tool priced by the question, an agency on retainer, and someone at head office asking ChatGPT by hand.

One system, not a tool for every job

Stop buying a tool for every job.

The biggest promise of AI is consolidation. The same kind of software that can drive a car can write the reply to your email. So buying one point solution per job, each with its own login, contract and agency, now wastes money.

Judge software the way you’d judge a hire: by the range of work it can take on. That’s what to look for now: one system you can point at many jobs. Ocally is that for your stores: Kai and two people across listings, reviews, local search, social, AI answers, pricing, inventory and store routines, at every store.

Not sure what you could consolidate? Bring your list of tools and what they cost to a free consultation, and we’ll go through it with you.

What Kai does.

  1. Finds the questions shoppers ask

He researches what people ask AI about stores like yours, with demand estimates where they exist. You choose the list he tracks for each store.

  2. Asks three assistants every week

Each week he puts every tracked question to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, and saves each answer with its sources, the model, the place and the date.

  3. Checks every answer against your facts

He checks each claim against the store's facts and notes whether the answer named your store or a competitor, or cited your site.

  4. Fixes the source, then asks again

He fixes what the answer read: an FAQ on the store page, a wrong listing, missing structured data, each with your yes. Then he asks again.

What it unlocks.

  1. Know which stores AI gets wrong

Wrong hours, a service you don't offer, an old address: each shows up by store, with the answer that said it and the source it came from.

  2. See who AI names instead

For every question, see whether the answer named your store or a competitor, and how often across the week's answers, assistant by assistant.

  3. See the visits AI sends each store

Connect your analytics and see which visits to each store's page came from AI assistants, and what those visitors did next.

Your part

You approve. The questions Kai tracks for each store, and every page or listing fix before it goes live.

You give. Your store facts, to start. Then access to each store's Google profile, your website and analytics, so approved fixes go live.

Questions.

What is AI search visibility?

AI search visibility is how often, and how correctly, AI assistants mention your business when people ask them questions. For a store, it means being named for the right questions, cited from good sources and described with the right hours, address and services. Kai measures it per store, per assistant and per question.

Which AI assistants does Kai check?

Kai checks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, every week, for each store's tracked questions. Each answer is saved with its sources, the model, the place it was asked from and the date. You can also bring in answers captured from other assistants, and they stay labeled as captures.

How do I appear in Google AI Overviews?

Make sure the pages Google already ranks for a question answer it clearly, with correct facts and accurate structured data. Google builds AI Overviews from pages it finds in search. Kai checks whether an Overview appears for each tracked question, which sources it cites and what it says about your store.

What is ChatGPT SEO?

ChatGPT SEO is the work of making sure ChatGPT finds correct, clear facts about your business when it searches the web to answer a question. Most of it means fixing the pages and listings ChatGPT cites. Kai finds which sources ChatGPT cites for each store's questions and fixes the ones you control.

Does every shopper get the same answer?

No. AI answers change with the person, the place, the day and the model. So Kai saves every answer with the exact question, assistant, model, place and date, and compares only like with like over time. Changes are reported as observed, never as proof that a fix caused them.
