A picture for every store, in its own style.

Kai makes window posters, product shots and social images for each store from your brand kit and its own photos, then sizes each one for every channel. Prices are checked against your facts.

What this costs you today.

Today it's a design service, a photographer, a few AI graphic design apps, and store managers making the weekend post on their phones.

One system, not a tool for every job

Stop buying a tool for every job.

The biggest promise of AI is consolidation. The same kind of software that can drive a car can write the reply to your email. So buying one point solution per job, each with its own login, contract and agency, now wastes money.

Judge software the way you’d judge a hire: by the range of work it can take on. That’s what to look for now: one system you can point at many jobs. Ocally is that for your stores: Kai and two people across listings, reviews, local search, social, AI answers, pricing, inventory and store routines, at every store.

Not sure what you could consolidate? Bring your list of tools and what they cost to a free consultation, and we’ll go through it with you.

Every default is the low end of a published price; type your own quotes over them. A staff hour is $54: the median pay of market research analysts and marketing specialists, $37.87 an hour (May 2025), plus benefits, which are 30% of what employers spend on pay (June 2026). What Kai does.

  1. Learns each store's look

Kai reads your brand kit, gathers each store's photos from Google and the web, checks that each one shows that store, and files it in the Asset Store.

  2. Makes a few to choose from

From a brief like 'fall sale poster for Elm Street', he makes a few versions, or reworks one of your photos. You pick one or ask for changes.

  3. Sizes it for every channel

He cuts each image to the channel's shape: a 4:5 feed post, a 9:16 story, a listing photo, a window poster. He never stretches a small photo.

  4. Checks every fact, then asks

A price or opening time on an image must match your knowledge base, and photos without clear rights are blocked. Then it waits for your yes.

What it unlocks.

  1. Each store looks like itself

Every image starts from that store's own photos and offers, so a poster for the Elm Street store shows Elm Street.

  2. Words and prices spelled right

Image tools garble letters. Kai sets the words as type after the picture is made, from the exact text and prices you approved.

  3. No good photo? Kai sends a shot list

When a store has no usable photo, Kai sends the team a short shot list, then turns what comes back into the finished image.

Your part

You approve. Every image before it's saved for reuse, and every post, poster or listing photo before it goes public.

You give. Your logo, brand colors and fonts, and the rights to the photos you share. Kai gathers the rest.

Questions.

Can Kai do AI product photography from our own photos?

Yes. Start from a real photo of the product. Kai changes the setting around it from a brief, keeps the product as shot, and gives you a few versions to choose from. Each one is checked against your facts and waits for your approval before it's saved.

What sizes do social media graphics need?

Each channel has its own shape. Kai cuts feed posts at 1080 by 1350 pixels (4:5), stories at 1080 by 1920 (9:16) and listing photos at 4:3. He never stretches a small photo to fit, because a blown-up image looks soft on a phone.

Can Kai make posters for the store window?

Yes. Give him the offer and the store, and he makes a print-ready poster in your brand, with the price and dates checked against your knowledge base. You approve it, your team prints it and puts it up, and the same design is cut for social too.

Do you use our real photos or AI-made images?

Both, and you can always tell which. The Asset Store marks every file: you uploaded it, found online, or Kai made it. Kai starts from your own photos where he can and makes a new image when a brief needs one. Photos without clear rights to use are blocked.

Will the images match our brand?

Yes. Kai works from the brand kit in your knowledge base: your logo, colors, type and tone of voice. Each image is checked against its brief before you see it, and you approve every one. Saved brand presets change only with your yes, so the look holds across every store.
