Hi. I'm Kai.
Some of your stores are quietly underperforming. Not failing, just doing less than they could, and it is hard to see month to month.
Even the ones doing well could be doing much more, and that lifts the whole chain, not only those stores.
Most owners know this and have no practical way to work on it store by store. That is what I do.
Where do you want to start?

Good. I do the local growth work for every store you own, every week.
These are the five things I work on at each one.
Here is what I usually find.
Five stores in one chain, scored on that same list of five. One store is doing the work. The other four are quietly behind.
It is not the staff. Your best store has someone with time to work on it. The other stores do not get that time, so nobody notices them slipping.
Where does that actually cost me?
In customers who never walk in. People check their phone before they pick a pet store.
This is the sort of answer they get when they ask for a groomer near your Oak Park store.
It picks the store with correct hours and recent reviews. Oak Park is closer and it does grooming, but nothing online says so, so it is never shown.
What about our slow days?
Every store has them, and usually the same ones.
What fills them is local: an adoption day with the shelter, a nail trim clinic, a stall at the school fair, a post that goes out on the right morning.
This is a month of that work for one store, with dates on it. The orange ones need a person. I run the rest myself.
Your best store already does some of this. I do it for all of them.
Food and litter are moving online. Can you help with that?
Some of it has gone to subscriptions and it is not coming back.
What you keep is the part that needs a person: the new puppy, the dog with an itch, a change of food. People still come in for advice.
So I work the places where people go looking for that advice, and I keep your own site and app busy through the slow hours.
How do you actually do this?
First I learn your business. Most AI tools are useless here because they know nothing about your stores, so everything they write is generic.
Before we ever speak I read every store you have off the open web: addresses, hours, services, products, reviews.
That gives you one place to ask anything about the chain. Then your own tools connect and fill in the rest.
And then what?
Then I check every store on a schedule and score it out of a hundred on those same five things.
This is one store's score this week. You can see which part is weak instead of guessing.
Where a score is low I plan the fix and put a date on it. I do most of the work myself and send you the rest to approve in one line.
Then I measure what it did for that store. Whatever works there, I use at the others.
How much of this do you cover?
All of these, for every store, at the same time. That is the part no team can do by hand.
Pages, posts, reviews, listings, the images. Most of what your stores already pay separate tools for is in here.
Shall I take a look at your chain?
Yes, book a demo.
Good. Nine quick questions, so I can read up on your stores before we talk.
They are on the card, one at a time. About two minutes.
That did not send, and it is on my side.
Nothing you typed is lost. Try again, or email [email protected] and I will pick it up there.
Got it, {{name}}. I will look at your stores before we meet, so we can start with what I found.
Here is what happens next.
If you would rather pick a time now, here it is.
Ocally is launching at SuperZoo 2026. We are excited to roll out Kai to pet retail chains.
Nothing on the desk right now.

Someone asks an assistantwhere can I get my dog groomed near Oak Park this week?
For grooming near Oak Park, Riverside on Main is the one I can confirm. It lists grooming, its hours are current and it has reviews from this month.
Your Oak Park store is closer. It does grooming. Nothing online says so.
