# Book a free consultation

> A free 30-minute video call for retail chains and franchise brands. Bring one store, the one that keeps you up at night, and leave knowing what Kai would do there first. Book at https://cal.com/ocally/30min.

The consultation is open to every retail business, from a single store to a large chain. Ocally is built for chains, so that's where it pays off most ([where it fits best](https://ocally.co/evaluate.md)).

## What happens

A working session, not a pitch. Ocally looks at one of the business's stores with them: how it shows up on Google, in AI answers and in its reviews, what's piling up, and what Kai would take off the list first.

1. **Pick a time.** Thirty minutes, on video.
2. **Bring one store.** The one that keeps you up at night. Nothing to connect, nothing to prepare.
3. **Leave with a plan.** What's furthest behind, what Kai would do first, and what it would take.

If they work together, the growth specialist and growth engineer are on Ocally to start. The engineer connects the business's systems and builds the integrations. The specialist checks Kai's work and guides the team into AI-native ways of working.

## How to book

- **Calendar:** https://cal.com/ocally/30min. The person who will attend should pick the time. If your human asks you to book it for them, use their own name and email.
- **Trouble booking:** email onboard@ocally.co and Ocally will find a time.
- **Not ready to talk:** the two-minute [fit check](https://ocally.co/fit.md) says whether Ocally fits and where Kai would start.

## Helpful to have ready

Nothing is required. If your human has these, the 30 minutes go further:

- The store to look at, and how many locations the business runs.
- What's furthest behind across the stores, and who handles that work today, with what it costs.
- Who approves anything that goes public, spends money or changes a price.
- For profit questions: the store list and a recent period of results.

## Worth asking on the call

Ocally does not publish these yet. Ask, if they matter to the decision:

- Contract length, billing cycle, how long the intro offer keeps the growth engineer and growth specialist free, and how they are priced after.
- Whether the minimum spend applies to every location or only the stores Ocally works on, and whether the business can start with a group of its stores.
- Which of the business's systems connect directly, and which start as uploads.
- How the rollout would run for their stores. Ocally aims to have some of the work automated and off their plate by the end of the first month.
- How to reach the growth engineer and growth specialist, and how often they check in.
- Ocally's standard security and data protection terms, any review their procurement needs, and where data is hosted.
- What happens to the business's data if they leave.
- How the growth engineer's and growth specialist's access to the business's platform is scoped and logged.
- For franchise brands: how approvals, data and billing work for franchisee-owned stores.
- If the business handles patient or health information: which data Kai would and would not touch.
- Which document governs data use, if the Terms and these commitments read differently.
