**A picture for every store, in its own style.** Kai makes window posters, product shots and social images for each store from your brand kit and its own photos, then sizes each one for every channel. Prices are checked against your facts.

- **Capability:** one of Kai's 16, in the area "Be local". [All capabilities](https://ocally.co/capabilities.md).
- **You approve:** Every image before it's saved for reuse, and every post, poster or listing photo before it goes public.
- **You give:** Your logo, brand colors and fonts, and the rights to the photos you share. Kai gathers the rest.
- **Built for:** retail chains and franchise brands; single stores and smaller chains are welcome too. [Where it fits best](https://ocally.co/evaluate.md).
- **Price:** part of Ocally's customized pricing, minimum $500 per location per month. [Pricing](https://ocally.co/pricing.md).

## What this costs today

Today it's a design service, a photographer, a few AI graphic design apps, and store managers making the weekend post on their phones.

| What you pay for today | Typical cost | What it leaves undone |
|---|---|---|
| A design subscription service | $699 to $1,199 a month | One or two designs a day, shared by every store in the chain. |
| A product photographer | $50 to $350 an image | Sharp product shots. Each one still needs resizing for every channel. |
| Design and AI image apps | $20 to $70 a person a month | The tools are cheap. Someone still has to make every image. |
| Store managers' time | Their time | Shooting the window, making a sign in an app, resizing it for each channel. |

**With Kai.** Kai folds the design queue, the resizing and the store-by-store asks into one job, working from the same knowledge base as everything else he does.

## Stop buying a tool for every job

The biggest promise of AI is consolidation. The same kind of software that can drive a car can write the reply to your email. So buying one point solution per job, each with its own login, contract and agency, now wastes money.

Judge software the way you’d judge a hire: by the range of work it can take on. That’s what to look for now: one system you can point at many jobs. Ocally is that for your stores: Kai and two people across listings, reviews, local search, social, AI answers, pricing, inventory and store routines, at every store.

Not sure what you could consolidate? Bring your list of tools and what they cost to a free consultation, and we’ll go through it with you.

**The same scope of work for 25 stores, a month (listings, reviews, local search, social and AI answers; the low end of published prices; use your own numbers):**

| Line | Basis | Tools, agencies and people | Ocally |
|---|---|---|---|
| Listings software (Moz Local Lite, $199 a year per location) | $17 per store | $425 | |
| Review software (Reputation Rep Core, per location) | $80 per store | $2,000 | |
| AI answers tracker (Peec AI Pro, 150 prompts) | $245 a month | $245 | |
| Local SEO agency (chains of 20+ stores, "often $5,000+") | $5,000 a month | $5,000 | |
| Social media agency (mid tier, $2,000 to $5,000) | $2,000 a month | $2,000 | |
| AI search agency to fix what the tracker finds (small business low end, $1,500 to $5,000) | $1,500 a month | $1,500 | |
| Staff time to run the tools and agencies | 1 hour per store a week at $54 an hour | $5,850 | |
| Ocally | from $500 per store: Kai, a growth engineer and a growth specialist | | $12,500 |
| Your team's time approving Kai's work | 0.25 hour per store a week | | $1,463 |
| **Total a month** | | **$17,020** | **$13,963** |
| Per store a month | | $681 | $559 |

## What Kai does

1. **Learns each store's look.** Kai reads your brand kit, gathers each store's photos from Google and the web, checks that each one shows that store, and files it in the Asset Store.
2. **Makes a few to choose from.** From a brief like 'fall sale poster for Elm Street', he makes a few versions, or reworks one of your photos. You pick one or ask for changes.
3. **Sizes it for every channel.** He cuts each image to the channel's shape: a 4:5 feed post, a 9:16 story, a listing photo, a window poster. He never stretches a small photo.
4. **Checks every fact, then asks.** A price or opening time on an image must match your knowledge base, and photos without clear rights are blocked. Then it waits for your yes.

## What it unlocks

- **Each store looks like itself.** Every image starts from that store's own photos and offers, so a poster for the Elm Street store shows Elm Street.
- **Words and prices spelled right.** Image tools garble letters. Kai sets the words as type after the picture is made, from the exact text and prices you approved.
- **No good photo? Kai sends a shot list.** When a store has no usable photo, Kai sends the team a short shot list, then turns what comes back into the finished image.

## Questions

### Can Kai do AI product photography from our own photos?

Yes. Start from a real photo of the product. Kai changes the setting around it from a brief, keeps the product as shot, and gives you a few versions to choose from. Each one is checked against your facts and waits for your approval before it's saved.

### What sizes do social media graphics need?

Each channel has its own shape. Kai cuts feed posts at 1080 by 1350 pixels (4:5), stories at 1080 by 1920 (9:16) and listing photos at 4:3. He never stretches a small photo to fit, because a blown-up image looks soft on a phone.

### Can Kai make posters for the store window?

Yes. Give him the offer and the store, and he makes a print-ready poster in your brand, with the price and dates checked against your knowledge base. You approve it, your team prints it and puts it up, and the same design is cut for social too.

### Do you use our real photos or AI-made images?

Both, and you can always tell which. The Asset Store marks every file: you uploaded it, found online, or Kai made it. Kai starts from your own photos where he can and makes a new image when a brief needs one. Photos without clear rights to use are blocked.

### Will the images match our brand?

Yes. Kai works from the brand kit in your knowledge base: your logo, colors, type and tone of voice. Each image is checked against its brief before you see it, and you approve every one. Saved brand presets change only with your yes, so the look holds across every store.
